This is a healthy alternative to meat meal. My husband doesn't eat meat so I created this for him, try it. I like it and I am not vegetarian.
1 medium red onion
1 red pepper
1 clove of garlic
table spoon soy sauce
table spoon sesame oil
vegetable oil
Cashew nuts (if you like)
Pack of Blue Gragon black bean, stir fry sauce
Fry the Quorn beef in a little vegetable oil for about 3-5 minutes, until it has gained some colour.
Remove from the pan
Cut the onion in half and then each half in half again then each quarter in half again
Remove the seeded from the red pepper and cut into cubes.
In the same pan that the Quorn beef was fried, put a the sesame oil and heat a little.
Add the onion peppers and cashews and fry for about 5 minutes.
Ad the Quorn beef the garlic and the soy sause and fry for a further minute
Pour in the packet of black bean sauce, give it a stir and turn off the heat
Serve with rice or egg fried rice or crispy noodles
Enjoy
