Orange Rice

Why orange rice? Because it adds colour to the meal and how many times can you cook white rice. this rice takes 2 minute to prepare and 18 minute to cook. It is simply Yummy.




Ingredients (5 portions):
2 cups of Basmati rice
2-3 table spoons oil
3 cups water
t-spoon sweet paprika
t-spoon of dried parsley
t-spoon of dried dill
table spoon of chicken powder
t-spoon of salt
black pepper


Method:
Heat the oil in a pan and pt in the rice and toss it around until covered in oil.
Add all the rest of the ingredients stir and bring to the boil.
Lower the heat cover and simmer for 18 minutes.
Take off the fire and leave to stand for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
