Passover Apple Cake

No one would believe this cake is actually kosher for passover. 
The cake is simple to make and is simply delicious.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 medium apples cut into cubes
3/4 cups of suger
t-spoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cups flour
1/4 Matzo meal
t-spoon of baking powder
pinch salt





Method:

Mix the apples with the cinnamon in a bowl

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add to the bowl and mix

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix

Place in a Round Fluted Cake Pan (the one with the whole in the middle)

Bake in a pre-heated oven 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
