Simple and Tasty!
These cookies so simple to make, they are so crumbly and very tasty. They satisfy any taste. If I have visitors at short notice these are always a winner. They go perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea and I can use anything I have at home in as a filling. They smell lovely too.
Ingredients for the dough
1 and a half cups of flour
150 ml soured cream
150 gram soft butter
Mix in a blender, within 1-2 min you will get a soft dough, slightly sticky.
Rub your hands with some oil and lift all the dough out of the bowl.
place on a slightly greased plate cover in clean film and place in the fridge for about half hour.
While the dough is in the fridge decide on your filling
anything: Nutella, jam, peanut butter, grated apple and cinnamon, whatever you fancy.... I sometimes sprinkle my fillings with ground or chopped nuts.
Take the dough out of the fridge and cut in half
