These are really fun to make with the kids for Purim.
But beware, they will be gone before you know it.
Ingredients:
200 gram butter
2 and a half cups flour
Table spoon of baking powder
3 egg yolk
Cup and a half sugar
t-spoon of vanilla sugar
3 table spoons orange juice/sour cream
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a soft dough
Place in the fridge for half hour
Cut the dough into 2 pieces (its easier this way)
put some flour on a flat surface and open up with a rolling pin into a flat sheet
with a glass make circles.
Put a little of your choice if filling in the centre:
I like the poppy seed filling but you can use other things like
Chocolate spread
Nuts and dates
Create triangles by lifting 3 sides.
Bake in the oven
Bake in a pre-heated over for 5-10 minutes until the bottom of the cookies are golden
Let them cool and sprinkle with icing sugar
Enjoy
