Crescents Almond Coockies

Melt in the Mouth!
Let me present you with these melt in the mouth cookies.  With a hint of vanilla and a taste of almonds.  Fast to make but beware, the disappear just as quick.


Ingredients:
200 gram butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 table spoon of Vanilla extract
1 t-spoon of vanilla sugar
100 gram ground almonds
4 cups flour
1 table spoon baking powder

Method:
Mix in blender into a smooth dough.
Cover in cling film and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Create crescents.
Cover a tray with baking paper and place the crescents.
Bake in a pre-heated oven 180 degrees for 12 - 14 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
