Pancake Doughnuts

Do you want to have some fun? 
The kitchen is like a play ground so here is a combination of pancakes and Doughnuts. They are cute and tasty.

You will need a pancake pan for this

Ingredients (for 30 doughnuts):
2 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
70 gram melted butter
1 t-spoon vanilla extracts
pinch of salt
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of soda water
2 cups flour
2 t-spoons baking powder
Jam / Nutella to fill

Crispy Noodles

Ever had crispy noodles at a Chinese restaurant and wanted to make them yourself. 
Well here is a really easy quick and delicious Crispy Noodles!



Ingredients (for 2 portions):
2 sheets of fine noodles
2 table spoons Soy sauce
2 table spoons Sesame oil




Vegetarian Beef in Black Bean

This is a healthy alternative to meat meal. My husband doesn't eat meat so I created this for him, try it. I like it and I am not vegetarian. 

Ingredients (for 2 portions):
 Half a packet of Quorn beef strips
1 medium red onion
1 red pepper
1 clove of garlic
table spoon soy sauce
table spoon sesame oil
vegetable oil
Cashew nuts (if you like)
Pack of Blue Gragon black bean, stir fry sauce

Hamantashen - Ozney Haman - filled-pocket cookie

These are really fun to make with the kids for Purim. 
But beware, they will be gone before you know it.

Ingredients:
200 gram butter
2 and a half cups flour
Table spoon of baking powder
3 egg yolk
Cup and a half sugar
t-spoon of vanilla sugar
3 table spoons orange juice/sour cream



Aubergines and Meat Pie

 You must try this amazing dish. 
it takes a little time to prepare but its worth every minute.

Ingredients:
1 medium onion
500 gram mince meat
1 large aubergine (baked until soft and copped)
Handful of chopped coriander
2 eggs
table spoon of chicken powder
salt pepper
sesame seeds
ready rolled puff pastry




Orange Rice

Why orange rice? Because it adds colour to the meal and how many times can you cook white rice. this rice takes 2 minute to prepare and 18 minute to cook. It is simply Yummy.

Passover Apple Cake

No one would believe this cake is actually kosher for passover. 
The cake is simple to make and is simply delicious.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 medium apples cut into cubes
3/4 cups of suger
t-spoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cups flour
1/4 Matzo meal
t-spoon of baking powder
pinch salt




Passover Brownies

Who says you can't enjoy brownies during passover. 
Try these Kosher for passover delicious brownies!

Ingredients:
200 gram of plain chocolate
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup of ground almonds
1/4 cup of Matzo meal
pinch of salt

Wonderful tasty rolls for passover.

Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1/2 cup oil
T-spoon Salt
T-spoon Sugar
1 and 1/2 cup Matzo Meal
t-spoon of baking powder
5 eggs
sesame seed

Passover Meat Pastries

Passover Meat Pastries
Who says we can't eat good food during passover.
These are made with matzo. Perfect tasty dish is highly recommended.

Ingredients:
matzos
500 gram of mince meat
1 medium potato
medium onion
T-spoon paprika
Pinch of sugar
Chicken stock powder
Salt and pepper
1 egg








Mini Apple Strudels

You feel like something sweet. Quick, without a lot of effort. Try this. 
This tasty strudel is perfect. 

Ingredients:
Ready rolled puff pastry
1-2 apples peeled and grated
1 table spoon of honey
25 gram butter
Half a cup of water
1 T-spoon of cinnamon
2 table spoons of soft brown golden sugar
You can add Raisins, if you like.

Meat and Potato croquets

You wont stop making these, they are delicious. Perfect for Passover.

Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes.
250 gram mince meat.
medium onion chopped and fried
1/3 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/4 t-spoon cumin
1/4 t-spoon turmeric
pinch of cinnamon
t-spoon of chicken stock powder
ground black pepper
salt







Bourbon Chocolate Brownies

These were an experiment. My Husband loves chocolate brownies and he loves Bourbon biscuits so I decided to make him brownies surprise.... He loved them!


Ingredients:
100 g dark chocolate, broken in small pieces
100 g unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup g light brown sugar
1 cup g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder

QD Potatoes

I was in a hurry and need a side dish. 2 potatoes that's all I had. So I threw up this recipe and now my husband says, can you make that potato dish again please.... honestly they are delicious.

Ingredients:
2 large peeled potatoes cut into cubes
1 table spoon olive oil
T-spoon Garlic puree
1/2 T-spoon tomato puree
1/4 t-spoon Sweet paprika
1/4 t-spoon Hot paprika (if you want a bit of a kick)
1/4 t-spoon Turmeric




Crescents Almond Coockies

Melt in the Mouth!
Let me present you with these melt in the mouth cookies.  With a hint of vanilla and a taste of almonds.  Fast to make but beware, the disappear just as quick.


Ingredients:
200 gram butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 table spoon of Vanilla extract
1 t-spoon of vanilla sugar
100 gram ground almonds
4 cups flour
1 table spoon baking powder

Mini Rolled Cookies

Crisp and perfect!

Wonderful and popular cookies.  They a compete hit! 
They are tender and insanely delicious....


Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
100 gram of butter (room temp) cut into cubes
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 t-spoons baking powder





Vanilla Pancakes

Easy peasy pancakes!These pancakes are the simple popular ones with added vanilla sugar. They smell lovely and taste even better. Fill them with anything you like!

Ingredients for 5 medium pancakes
1 egg
1/2 cup of Milk
1/2 cup of Flour
10 gram of vanilla sugar (1 bag)



Whisk all the ingredients with a whisk or with a hand blender.






Lightly grease a medium non-stick pan (you only need to do it once in the beginning).
pour 1/4 cup of mixture while moving the pan to cover the base.
After about 1 minute turn over and cook for further minute.
remove to a plate and repeat the process.


Fill with anything you like (lemon+suggar, Nutella, maple syrup, honey) and roll them up.

Rolled Cookies

Simple and Tasty!
These cookies so simple to make, they are so crumbly and very tasty.  They satisfy any taste.  If I have visitors at short notice these are always a winner.  They go perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea and I can use anything I have at home in as a filling.  They smell lovely too.

Ingredients for the dough
1 and a half cups of flour
150 ml soured cream
150 gram soft butter

Mix in a blender, within 1-2 min you will get a soft dough, slightly sticky.
