Ever had crispy noodles at a Chinese restaurant and wanted to make them yourself.
Well here is a really easy quick and delicious Crispy Noodles!
2 sheets of fine noodles
2 table spoons Soy sauce
2 table spoons Sesame oil
Place the noodles in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes as instructed on the package, separating them gently with a fork. Pour into a sieve. Very quickly In the same pan that you cooked the noodles put the sesame oil and soy sauce. Toss the noodles in and shake so that they get covered in the soy sauce and oil.
Place the noodles in a oven proof dish and spread them as much as possible.
Put under a hot grill for 4-5 minutes or until they are golden on the top.
