Passover Meat Pastries

Passover Meat Pastries
Who says we can't eat good food during passover.
These are made with matzo. Perfect tasty dish is highly recommended.

Ingredients:
matzos
500 gram of mince meat
1 medium potato
medium onion
T-spoon paprika
Pinch of sugar
Chicken stock powder
Salt and pepper
1 egg








Method:

Cook the potato until soft and mash.

Wet the Matzos, wait a little and wet again, the Matzo will be soft. Cut each one in half, rap in a clean T towel and leave aside.

Chop the onion and fry until soft, add the mince meat and all the spices including the chiken stock powder and fry until the meat is cooked.


Add the mash potato to the meat and mix well.

Create oblong meat balls

Place an oblong meat ball on each half of the Matzo and roll

Beat the egg.  Dip each piece in the egg and fry.


Sprinkle with Parsley and serve.
