A soft succulent cake.
I love making this cake on a Friday afternoon; it feels my house with a wonderful smell that puts a smile on everyone’s face. It’s supper delicious and the kids will go made for this one!!
I love making this cake on a Friday afternoon; it feels my house with a wonderful smell that puts a smile on everyone’s face. It’s supper delicious and the kids will go made for this one!!
4 eggs (size medium)
1 and ½ cups of sugar (250 gram)
¾ cups oil
1 and a ½ cups of milk
2 cups of flour (300 grams)
2 table spoons of baking powder
1 bag of instant pudding
2 t spoons of vanilla sugar
1 t spoon of cinnamon
Whisk the eggs and sugar and after a minute add the milk and oil in a slow stream
Add the flour, baking powder, instant pudding and vanilla sugar and mix by hand (Don't over mix).
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the greased tin.
Add cinnamon into the remaining 1/4 of the mixture.
You can create shapes by using a wooden skewer and moving it around in the mixture.
Baking
Pre-heat oven to 180
Put the cake in the middle of the oven.
The cake is ready in about 45 minutes, it will be golden brown.
