Quick Chocolate Brownies

Gorgeously nice!I am in the kitchen baking........"what's that lovely chocolaty smell?" I hear my husband calling out.  "Brownies!" I call back.  Are they ready"? he asks. "I am just cutting them" I say.  Next thing I see: my husband is there eating them as I cut.

Ingredients
100 gram of plain chocolate
100 gram of butter
1 cup of white sugar
1 table spoon of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 heaped table spoon of chocolate milk powder

Making the mix
Melt the chocolate and the butter into a smooth mix.
Add the white and brown sugar - mix well.
Whisk the 2 eggs separately in a bowl then add to the mixture while mixing fast.
Add the flour and chocolate milk powder and mix.

Cover the bottom of a square tine (24 cm x 24 cm) with baking paper, make sure the paper is long enough to cover two opposite sides of the tin (these will be the handles to help lift out the brownies cake out of the tin.

Grease the other two sides.

Pour the mix into the tin and even it up gently wit a spatula.

Baking

Pre-heat the oven to 180
Put the cake in the middle of the oven
The brownies are ready in about 15 minutes.

while the brownies cake is still warm, remove from the tin by lifting it out using the 2 visible sides of baking paper.

Put on a flat surface.
Cut into squares...

Enjoy!
